This letter is to inform you that on or about January 6th, 2014 our office will go live
with a new and improved website. The site is being built by QPublic, a technology
company out of Deland, Florida. QPublic currently works with over 80 offices in Kentucky
and hundreds in the southern states. We hope that once you get used to the new site and
itís improvements you will agree that it is a step forward for this office.
With improvement comes costs, we will begin charging for the website to help
defray the cost of building and maintaining it. However my number one goal throughout
this process was, and is, to keep the cost as affordable as possible. We will offer the website
for a fee of $30.00 annually for unlimited use. By keeping the cost down I am in hopes that
you will purchase a subscription for each staff member or user that needs it and not try to
use one subscription for multiple users. There are internal blocks in the system that will
not allow multiple users access to the same I.P. address from different locations within a
short period of time.
The two drawbacks to the new website are that you will still not be able to access
deeds or plats through it, as they are controlled and sold by the County Court Clerk on
their website. I hope to work with the clerk and arrive at some sort of a link to where you
can move directly to view plats and deeds at a nominal fee payable to their office.
Our current website will remain up and running for 30 to 60 days into the new year
to give everyone wanting to subscribe the chance to do so. Wanda Chyle in my office will
be the main contact person on setting up a subscription, or for your convenience one can be
set up directly over the internet, through a Pay Pal set up, where you use your credit card
to sign up.
